Downstairs air conditioned bedroom with ensuite and private outdoor shower. Bed configuration either one king or two single beds.

The downstairs is wheel chair accessible inclusive of the bedroom and bathroom.

Screened in veranda overlooking the spa/pool, tropical gardens, beach and ocean.

Living/dining/bedroom area is 94m² (1055ft²) and the screened veranda is 18m² (190ft²)
